Letter from the Editor

In the Spring 2025 semester, Hibou worked to provide students with a space to write on legal issues. This led to the start of the Hibou Magazine Law Edition. Continuing an initiative started by our previous Editor-in-Chief, this is the Law Edition’s second volume.  

A special thank you to Professor Andrea Rosengarten, Hibou Magazine’s faculty advisor, and Professor Roman Zinigrad for providing Hibou with logistical support and for reviewing the content of our writers.
